My answer is 8.5

f(3+3)=4=f(3)^2

f(3)=2,-2

Now, for f(-3)=0.5,-0.5

f(9)=f(6)f(3)=4*2=8 or -8

f(9)+f(-3)=8.5,-8.5

My answer is ±8.5

f(6)= 4, f(3+3)=4, f(3)²=4, f(3)=±2

Similarly f(-3)=±0.5

So, f(9)+f(-3)= ±8.5

My answer is 8.5

Subsituting x = x and y = 0, we get f(0) = 1

Subsitiuting x = x and y = -x, we get f(x) = 1/f(-x);

f(6) = 4 => f(3) = 2;

f(9) + f(-3) = 2*4 + 1/2 = 8.5
